A few things to help you feel at home.

Recycling

Bins next to common kitchen. Help us protect the environment. Please rinse off everything before placing it in the bins.

Common Kitchen

A shared, fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals, perfect for light cooking and simple dishes, with a hot & cold water dispenser available.

No Smoking

Smoke-free property. A $250 USD cleaning fee applies for violations.

Toilet System

Flush only natural waste. Use waste bins for toilet paper — this protects our pipes and environment.

Hot Water

Solar-powered — takes a few minutes to warm up. Higher pressure = colder. Lower pressure = hotter.

Pool

Open until 10:00 PM. No glass allowed. Colored towels = pool use. White towels = room only.

Restaurant

Open 7:00 AM–9:00 PM. Breakfast 7–9 AM ($11 USD/person). Guests receive 10% discount on food with room key.

Beach

5 min walk. $6 USD entry to Marino Ballena National Park. Ask lifeguards about safe swimming areas.

Eco Responsibility

Please enjoy water and electricity responsibly. Keep the AC on only with windows closed, and remember to turn it off when you leave. Together, we protect this paradise.
